For me, “making it” will be when I can go HAM at Costco like my parents do every 4-6 weeks. - 16 chicken breasts? Check.  Mad skirt steak?  Check.  A million sausages? Yup.  A huge piece of salmon? Fuck yeah.  Two huge cuts of pork tenderloin? Bam.  Buffalo moz, avocados, lunch meet, All Of The Wine.  Most of the meat is gonna be frozen for awhile but still.  The fist thing I do when I move to Austin in January (!!!) is become a motherfuckin Grown Up and get me a Costco card.  It kind of gives me anxiety because Costco is a huge warehouse full of XL size goods and you can easily drop a couple hundo without even blinking and it will take all of my self control not to buy a 30 pack of 5 Hour Energy but dammit if I wont be stocking up on ketchup and tequila like an everyday woman.
